For the first time, the UK’s four tourism alliances have joined forces to launch a comprehensive survey aimed at capturing an accurate picture of the economic and policy environment affecting tourism and hospitality businesses. This unprecedented collaboration includes The Scottish Tourism Alliance (STA), The Tourism Alliance (England), The Northern Ireland Tourism Alliance (NITA), and The Wales Tourism Alliance (WTA), in partnership with the leading research firm, 56 Degree Insight.
This survey presents a rare opportunity to gain UK-wide insights into the current business environment and assess whether the government’s policies are effectively supporting the sector. Your participation is crucial in helping us better understand the challenges faced by tourism and hospitality businesses across Scotland and the rest of the UK.
By completing the survey, you will help the SLTA, (a member of the Scottish Tourism Alliance), and other tourism alliances strengthen our collective voice. The data gathered will enable us to highlight the real-world issues affecting businesses like yours and advocate for the necessary support in discussions with the UK and devolved governments.
We encourage all business owners within the tourism and hospitality sectors to take part and make their voices heard. Your input is invaluable as we continue to push for policies that support growth and recovery in our sector.
The survey will remain open until midnight on Friday 1st November 2024. Please take a few minutes to participate and contribute to the future of our industry.
